In writing on the 12th January, Dr Thomson states that 17 patients have consented to European treatment since the beginning of the month.
The wards which were pronounced unfit to accommodate the destitute patients are to be seen...
there is no overcrowding now, and I trust Dr Thomson & Chung will continue with satisfaction.
